Your mission

In this role, you will drive the growth of our Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) business across the DACH region. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, customer engagement, and automation technology, helping industrial and intralogistics customers enhance productivity through advanced AMR solutions.
You will take ownership of regional sales development, build long-term partnerships, and play a key role in positioning our AMR portfolio in a highly competitive market. This role is ideal for someone with strong local market knowledge, a proven track record in AMR sales, and a passion for delivering customer value through automation.

Based in Germany (frequent travel across EU required)

  • Develop and execute mid- to long-term sales strategies for AMR solutions in the DACH region, driving sustainable revenue growth.
  • Identify, develop, and manage key accounts, system integrators, and partners within the intralogistics and automation ecosystem.
  • Drive business development activities by promoting AMR solutions and demonstrating clear customer value propositions.
  • Build and implement structured account plans, including regular customer engagement, solution alignment, and joint business development initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating internal technical, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales pipeline and activities using CRM tools, monitor performance metrics, and continuously optimize sales execution.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in AMR and warehouse automation.
  • Support and collaborate with regional sales teams to foster a high-performance and customer-oriented sales environment (if applicable).

Your profile


  • Bachelor’s degree or above; preferably in Automation, Robotics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in AMR / mobile robotics / intralogistics automation, with a strong track record in the DACH market.
  • Proven experience selling AMR solutions or working with warehouse automation, AGV/AMR vendors, or intralogistics system integrators.
  • Strong understanding of intralogistics processes, warehouse operations, and automation solutions.
  • Established network with local customers, system integrators, or partners in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland is highly preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen, ownership mindset, and result-driven approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in German and English (both required).
