AGV Technical Support Engineer Intern (Mandarin and Spanish Speaking)

Your mission

Location: Madrid

Main Responsibilities:

1. Project Deployment & Commissioning

Assist engineers in on-site installation, configuration, and basic testing of AMR systems

Support setup of navigation maps, charging stations, and system parameters

Help with basic system integration tasks under guidance

2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Assist in diagnosing basic hardware, software, and network issues

Help monitor system alerts and identify common problems

Support documentation of issues and follow-up actions

3. Customer Training & Documentation

Support preparation of training materials and user documents

Assist in delivering basic system operation guidance to customers

Help update manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides

4. Operations Monitoring

Assist in tracking system performance (e.g., uptime, battery status)

Support routine checks and reporting

Help identify simple improvement opportunities

5. Team Collaboration

Work with local service teams and engineers to support project needs

Assist in organizing feedback and project informationSupport coordination tasks when needed

Your profile

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering (e.g., Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields)
Basic interest or exposure to robotics, automation, or technical systems
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team
Fluency in Spanish and Chinese(English is a plus)
