Inventory & Logistics Coordinator

Your mission

As an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day warehouse, inventory and transportation operations in the Netherlands. You will ensure accurate inventory records, coordinate inbound and outbound activities, and work closely with internal teams, third-party warehouses and logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Process goods receipts, goods issues and stock transfers in SAP based on actual inbound and outbound documentation, ensuring accurate alignment between physical and system inventory.
  • Manage the day-to-day organization and stocktaking of materials in the company-operated warehouse, identify inventory discrepancies and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Perform initial inspections of returned products, including product appearance, model, quantity and completeness of accessories, and maintain accurate inspection records.
  • Support inbound and outbound planning and warehouse capacity planning for third-party warehouses.
  • Monitor inventory levels and inventory ageing across warehouses, identify potential issues and follow up on exceptions in a timely manner.
  • Request and compare quotations from logistics providers and arrange transportation based on cost, lead time and operational requirements.
  • Track shipments through to final delivery and follow up on transportation or delivery exceptions.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse, inventory and logistics data and prepare related operational reports.

Your profile

We are looking for a hands-on, reliable and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in an international and operational environment.
You bring:
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, supply chain operations or a similar role.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills. You will work closely with commercial teams, warehouse colleagues, logistics providers and other external partners.
  • Chinese language skills are a strong advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Experience with SAP or another ERP system, together with good working knowledge of Excel.
  • A practical, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Strong attention to detail and a clear focus on inventory accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and follow through on operational issues.
  • A valid driving licence and the ability to drive in the Netherlands are required.
  • You must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. 
  • Experience with warehouse and logistics operations in the Netherlands is an advantage.
  • A valid forklift operator certificate is considered an advantage.
