About the Role

We are seeking a technical professional with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in industrial 3D vision and robot-guided applications to support our international business in the Netherlands.
You will act as a technical bridge between overseas customers, distributors, and our China-based R&D and product teams. The role covers the full project lifecycle, including pre-sales technical support, solution evaluation, project commissioning, troubleshooting, customer training, and after-sales technical support.
You will support applications such as 3D bin picking, robotic part localization and assembly, machine tending, and palletizing/depalletizing, while helping international customers implement reliable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Sales Technical Support
  • Communicate with overseas customers and distributors in English to understand technical requirements and application scenarios.
  • Support solution feasibility assessments, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and product selection.
  • Prepare English technical proposals, application documentation, and technical attachments for quotations.
  • Work closely with international sales teams to identify technical risks and support business development.
2. Project Implementation & Troubleshooting
  • Support the commissioning and delivery of 3D vision-guided robotic applications, including bin picking, positioning and assembly, and machine tending.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and on-site technical support to ensure successful project implementation and customer acceptance.
  • Identify and resolve common issues related to 3D vision, point cloud processing, calibration, robot communication, and system integration.
  • Track technical issues through resolution and document solutions for future reference.
3. Robot Integration & Application Debugging
  • Work with mainstream industrial robots to perform basic robot teaching, simple program modifications, and communication debugging.
  • Assist with hand-eye calibration, coordinate system alignment, robot positioning, and vision-guided motion integration.
  • Collaborate with customers and system integrators to improve application performance and system stability.
4. Customer Training & Technical Documentation
  • Deliver online and on-site technical training in English for overseas customers and distributors.
  • Prepare English user manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
  • Contribute to standardized commissioning procedures and application case libraries.
5. Product Feedback & Internal Collaboration
  • Collect overseas customer feedback, technical issues, and product enhancement requests.
  • Communicate field requirements and troubleshooting findings to China-based R&D and product teams.
  • Assist with software updates, product validation, and the implementation of technical improvements.
6. International Technical Support
  • Respond to customer technical requests and coordinate remote support across time zones.
  • Undertake short-term international travel when required for commissioning, customer training, and critical issue resolution.

Your profile

  • 1. Education & Experience

    • Chinese nationality is required.
    • Master's degree or above in Automation, Robotics, Control Engineering, Machine Vision, Mechatronics, Measurement and Control, Electronic Information Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
    • 2–3 years of relevant hands-on experience in industrial 3D vision, robotic applications, machine vision integration, or automation project implementation.
    • Practical experience in industrial 3D vision-guided robotics projects is strongly preferred.
  • 2. Technical Skills
    • Understanding of 3D vision technologies, including structured light, Time-of-Flight (ToF), or stereo vision cameras.
    • Familiarity with hand-eye calibration, 6D pose estimation, point cloud processing, coordinate transformations, and unstructured bin-picking applications.
    • Basic knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as TCP/IP and PROFINET.
    • Familiarity with mainstream industrial robots and the ability to perform basic teaching, simple programming modifications, and debugging.
    • Ability to troubleshoot common issues involving vision systems, robot communication, calibration, and system integration.
  • 3. English Communication
    • Fluent English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
    • Ability to independently communicate technical requirements, explain solutions, and participate in technical meetings with overseas customers.
    • Ability to prepare technical documentation and deliver customer training in English.
  • 4. Personal Attributes
    • Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
    • Willingness to work closely with international sales, customers, distributors, and China-based R&D teams.
    • Willingness to travel internationally for short-term project assignments.
